PARTY PACKAGES

 

PACKAGE 1

 

School provides –

*Invitations

*Studio/hall hire for the duration of the party and
setting up/clearing up time

*Dance teacher and helper to entertain children for
duration of party (this usually consists of a 45 min dance/movement/singing
session, supervision whilst children eat, supervision of art/craft (quiet)
activity, party games)

*Area prepared for birthday tea

*Art/craft activity

*Pass the parcel

*Party games and prizes

*Luxury Goody bags for all children to take home –
this will include stickers, balloons, badge, colouring activity and crayons or
a game.

*Present for the birthday child

 

Parents provide-

*Birthday cake

*All food and drink (parents have use of the kitchen
and plates, cups etc)

*Any party decorations ie – balloons and banners

 

Cost per
child = £10 (minimum number of children 15, max 30)

* Please note that parents are responsible for disposing of party refuge

 

PACKAGE 2

 

School provides –

duration of party (this usually consists of a 45 min dance/movement/singing
session, supervision whilst children eat, supervision of art/craft (quiet)
activity, party games)

*Area prepared for birthday tea

*Party games and prizes

*Small Goody bags for all children to take home – this
will include stickers,  balloons, badge,
and small toy

child = £7 (minimum number of children 15, max 30)

School provides –

STUDIO ONLY.

Parties can be arranged around a theme to suit the child’s age and
interests.

Here are some examples of recent parties we have arranged –

*High School
Musical

*Melody Bear

*Princesses
and Pirates

*Fairies

*Football

The duration of the party can be discussed with the school.

Please note when booking a party – The dance school runs classes six
days a week therefore during term time Sundays are the only available option.
We can however use different venues on Saturdays and weekdays. During school
holidays, most days are available.

Please contact Miss Williamson or Denise on the numbers above or send an
email with your enquiry or booking request. Weekends get booked very quickly so
the more notice given the better!

A deposit of 30% is required to book the party. Cheques to T Williamson
only.

A party summary sheet will be produced after discussing your
requirements with Miss Williamson. Full payment is required 7 days before the
booking date.
