Shows

Bi-annually we produce a dance show. The Bridgwater branch perform at the Town Hall Bridgwater and the Exeter, Bradninch and Cullompton branches perform at the Barnfield Theatre, Exeter. Each class of children in the school takes part – from pre-school to the senior students and adults.Our last show, Around the World in 80 Minutes was performed in the Summer of 2010.

We take a term and a half out from syllabus classes to work on our show and then the fully costumed show goes into the theatre for the technical/dress rehearsal before performing 2-3 shows. We use a professional photographer and film company to record this show. DVDs and photographs can be purchased afterwards.

Showcases

We produce a showcase every other year in July to highlight the work pupils have achieved in class during the previous three terms. Work is prepared in class over the space of a few weeks prior to show. Syllabus work is shown from each group and the school uniform is worn.
